The two complimentary cocktails and snacks were nice, and the location was close to shopping and restaurants. The room had a nice view of the city.
The hotel staff seemed disorganized and unprofessional. There was no hot water in the morning for our showers, and the breakfast buffet was messy and unappetizing. The pool area was dirty and crowded. our Christmas stay was a disappointment.

During my Thanksgiving stay, I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the free wifi, which made my stay even more comfortable. Additionally, the hotel's location was very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants.
The room did not meet my expectations in terms of cleanliness. The room's bathroom tiles were broken, and the bathtub looked dirty, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, during my stay, I did not see any visible cleaning taking place, which was a concern.

The updated room was nice and fresh. I really appreciated the hardwood flooring. The location was convenient for my business trip, and I enjoyed the pool and hot tub.
Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was not great. The staff was rude and unhelpful. I had issues with my card key being repeatedly deactivated, which was frustrating. Additionally, the room was not cleaned properly during my stay.
